Our Story

Simple Resolutions was born out of a pressing need for streamlined conflict resolution methods. As the demand for directive and facilitative mediation surged, it became evident that traditional approaches were not always sufficient. While not conventional for all types of mediation and dialogues, these methods proved immensely beneficial for those seeking clarity and swift resolutions.
Our journey into this direction was fueled by a desire to address the absence of simple resolutions in conflict resolution processes. It was during our early days, navigating half-hour windows to resolve small claim cases at a courthouse, that the seeds of our unique approach were sown. In those moments of urgency, we learned to navigate through barriers with agility, distilling complex conflicts into their essential components. Building rapport from the very first interaction became paramount—a principle that continues to guide our practice.
